We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and reliable Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, supporting marketing initiatives, maintaining facility cleanliness, and helping create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Front Desk
• Welcome and check in customers upon arrival.
• Ensure all waivers and required documentation are completed and signed.
• Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, email, and social media.
• Provide information about memberships, play passes, camps, and party packages.
Sales & Business Development
• Promote and sell memberships, play passes, birthday parties, camps, and special events.
• Convert walk-in visitors into paying customers through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to generate new business.
• Build relationships with schools, daycare centers, community organizations, and local businesses to increase sales and brand awareness.
Social Media & Marketing:
• Assist with managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create and post engaging content, photos, videos, and promotional materials.
• Help promote upcoming events, camps, and special offers.
• Encourage customer reviews and community engagement.
Facility Operations:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility at all times.
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of play equipment, party rooms, washrooms, and common areas.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Party & Event Hosting:
• Set up party rooms and event spaces.
• Host birthday parties and special events, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate food, decorations, and party schedules.
• Assist guests throughout the event and help with cleanup afterward.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or event hosting is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with children and families.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
