Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders promptly to kitchen staff.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, addressing their needs and answering questions about menu items.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and balancing registers at shift end.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and ensuring guest safety at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience or food service experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, serving practices, and beverage preparation.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Hospitality background or experience working in the food industry is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
