WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
So, what does it take to succeed in this role? We’re looking for an ambitious individual who can combine self-motivation with impressive organizational skills. You will also require the following:
- 3 years+ of proven experience supporting teams and business operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that can support successful projects and build strong client relationships
- Key personal management skills, including a high level of professionalism, strong communication, accountability, adaptability, and a high stress tolerance
- Excellent proofreading and copy editing abilities to ensure accuracy and consistency
- An accredited post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, as well as management tools such as Google Workspace and Monday.com
- A dedication and passion for the work that we do
- Knowledge of GIS would be an asset
- Must be currently eligible for a permanent work position in Canada

You will be given a wide variety of tasks that will keep you on your toes and maximize your abilities. While this is your “role” we do not want to box you into a position. There will be plenty of opportunities to carve out a niche where you can play an important part in our company’s success.
- Oversee ongoing project coordination efforts and business development initiatives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, availability, and a friendly attitude
- Plan, execute, and track projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, scope and goals are met, including efficiency and accountability
- Write and review clear, concise, and strong project proposals and applications
- Facilitate client engagement activities, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations
- Structure, create, and deliver summary reports for a wide variety of projects and clients
- Facilitate both internal project team meetings, as well as client meetings and presentations to exchange project information and communicate key goals
