Hours : 35-44 per week
Hiring: 1 Full-Time Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will empower and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will promote a respectful team environment and manage team members through open communication, coaching, and support. You will work closely with the Restaurant Owner to ensure operational excellence and long-term business success.
You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a diverse team while maintaining Tim Hortons' high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Your leadership skills and operational knowledge will help drive sales growth, control costs, and create a positive workplace culture.

Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service

Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees

Manage daily restaurant operations

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards

Monitor labour, food, and operating costs

Build a positive and respectful work environment

Drive sales growth and achieve restaurant performance targets

Handle guest concerns and ensure guest satisfaction

Schedule staff and manage productivity

3–5 years of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience

Previous supervisory, assistant manager, or restaurant management experience

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Experience with recruiting, training, and coaching team members

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
