Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring all children receive appropriate care and attention.
- Facilitate activities that promote social skills, independence, and creativity.
- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, development milestones, and daily routines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan classroom activities and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
Skills
- Experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and developmental stages.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs.
- Excellent classroom management skills with patience and adaptability.

- ECE Certification in Alberta( Level 2 or Level 3)

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
