Job Description
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling communications, organizing schedules, overseeing personal tasks, and facilitating the smooth operation of business processes. This role demands strong multitasking, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule & Calendar Management: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth office operations.
- Event & Travel Coordination: Plan business and personal trips, accommodations, and special events.
- Personal Errands: Handle shopping, gift purchasing, reservations, and other personal tasks.
- Transportation & Driving: Run errands, transport items as needed
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in administration, or a related field is a plus.
Requirements:
- Driver’s License: A valid G driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Experience: 2+ years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Language : Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required

- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
- Problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Work Environment:
- This role involves a mix of in-office work and driving around to run errands as needed. Candidates must be comfortable working in both settings and managing tasks efficiently while on the go.
