Bradbosh Landscaping and Snow Removal Inc. has an opening for a Maintenance Manager position. Under the direction of the ownership team and general manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited: contract management, maintenance and running the company programs, client liaison, answering phone calls, quotes, and directing our maintenance supervisors. We are a COR certified company and believe safety is paramount.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Answering phone calls
· Client Liaison / Customer Catalyst (speaking with property managers, potential clients, building operators, residential clients and management)
· Weekly Op planning
· Creating and Monitoring KPI
· Manage Maintenance Supervisors
· Routing
· Weekly Manager Meetings
· Tool Box meetings
· Inspections/Site visits
· WCB Case Management
· WCB Clearance Letters
· Quote creation
· Completing tender and RFP documents
· Contract maintenance, reviews and renewals
· Posting ads and procuring sub-contractors
· Invoice reviews, reminders and revisions
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
· 3-5 years of relevant experience, experience in Landscaping and snow removal industry a requirement.
· 3-5 years document control and contract maintenance
· 3-5 years of office administration
· Previous experience with LMN Time Tracking considered an asset
· Intermediate Microsoft office knowledge
· Intermediate knowledge of Adobe PDF
· Strong adherence to Bradbosh safety policies and protocol
· Legally authorized to work in Canada
