Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the cash register while providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for cash transactions, product display, managing and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.
As a Cashier, his responsibilities will include:
- Process payments accurately through cash, card, or digital methods, issue receipts, and ensure a balanced register at shift end.
- Greet and assist customers, answer product-related questions, and resolve basic concerns or escalate issues as needed.
- Set up, organize, and restock merchandise displays to be visually appealing and aligned with promotions or seasonal themes.
- Track stock levels on display, remove expired/damaged items, and assist in restocking shelves efficiently.
- Keep the checkout and display areas clean and organized while following all safety, security, and store operation policies.
