**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent customer service skills.
**Responsibilities:**
-First point of contact for visitors
-Answering phone and directing call to the appropriate staff
-Manage incoming and outgoing mail courier services
-Maintain an organized reception area and office supplies inventory.
-Manage accounts payable email
- Reviewing, coding, posting and sending invoices for approval in a timely manner
-Reconciling vendor monthly statements, resolving disputes and discrepancies. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and account status.
-Prepare and process bi-monthly payment batches
-Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
-Maintain account payable filing
-Support purchasing department
**Skills:**
- Familiarity with Google Suite for office productivity
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on service excellence
- Solid administrative skills including organization and time management
- Ability to computerize data efficiently and accurately
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
-Plumbing background and/or familiar with plumbing industry (Perfered)
-Experience with SAGE Intacct Accounting Software (Asset)
