Position Overview
Mintink Sports Cards Inc. is hiring a Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of social media content, community engagement, and content creation across the company's digital platforms.
This role is responsible for day-to-day posting, content capture, basic video editing, and supporting Mintink's events, promotions, and brand initiatives. The successful candidate will be highly organized, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Publish content across Mintink's social media platforms
· Create captions and social copy aligned with the Mintink brand
· Capture photo and video content for products, events, and in-store activations
· Create and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels
· Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages professionally and in a timely manner
· Support social media coverage for events, promotions, and community initiatives
· Maintain organized content libraries and digital assets
· Coordinate with Marketing, Retail, and Operations teams as required
Qualifications
· 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or a related field
· Strong written communication and caption-writing skills
· Basic photography, videography, and mobile content creation experience
· Familiarity with content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Work Structure
This is a full-time, on-site position based at Mintink's Vaughan location. Hours may include evenings and weekends based on event and content requirements.
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
