Overview
High-Definition Concrete Ltd. is currently seeking experienced and reliable Loader Operator to join our rapidly growing team. We are a multi-generational, family-owned concrete company serving the Greater Vancouver Area. As a Loader Operator at High-Definition Concrete, your job responsibilities will consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
Key Responsibilities
· Complete FLHA’s, Pre trip/Post trip inspections and other site safety documentation as required.
· Maintain vehicles, equipment, and yard areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition
· Providing clear and thorough communication with employees of HD on the status of your jobs.
· Adhering to all Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures established by HD.
· Being an advocate of the High-Definition Concrete brand including maintaining a positive attitude and generally representing High-Definition Concrete well in the public eye.
· Operate the loader and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently to handle aggregates, concrete materials, and general yard activities.
· Load and unload materials from trucks, stockpiles, and hoppers according to operational needs.
· Maintain equipment in good working conditions through daily inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
· Follow all company safety standards, procedures, and regulations always.
· Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment (construction or aggregate environment preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to operate safely and efficiently in a busy work environment.
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License; heavy equipment operator certification is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions year-round
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35 to $38 per hour

- Weekends as needed
