HIRING – FOOD PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
We are currently hiring an experienced Food Production Supervisor for a food manufacturing company.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing/production environment
Strong knowledge of food safety, GMP, sanitation, and health & safety procedures
Ability to supervise and manage production staff
Experience with production scheduling, quality control, and meeting daily production targets
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily manufacturing processes within the food industries, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely raw material procurement and product distribution.
- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and MRP tools to plan, monitor, and optimize production schedules.
- Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing lean manufacturing techniques.
- Oversee quality control procedures to maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Ensure mechanical equipment maintenance and assembly processes are performed efficiently, minimizing downtime.
- Support team development through training on process standards, safety protocols, and technical skills related to manufacturing operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within food manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and assembly lines.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar software for production planning and inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, MRP systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in quality control procedures within a regulated food production environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of safety and efficiency.
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
