The New Home Sales Host is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors to Granite Homes' model homes and sales centres. As the first point of contact, the Sales Host greets prospective homeowners, assists with visitor registration, provides general information about Granite Homes and the community, and supports the Sales Team with administrative and operational tasks.
This is a casual, hourly position intended to provide coverage during evenings, weekends, vacations, and other periods requiring additional support.

Register guests and accurately collect visitor information.

Provide general information about Granite Homes, its communities, home collections, and the home-buying process.

Introduce prospective purchasers to the appropriate New Homes Sales Representative.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Granite Homes brand.

Ensure model homes and sales centres are clean, organized, and maintained to Granite Homes' presentation standards.

Restock brochures, marketing materials, refreshments, and office supplies as required.

Ensure displays, signage, and merchandising are presentation-ready at all times.

Open and close model homes and sales centres in accordance with established procedures.

Complete visitor registration and maintain accurate records.

Assist the Sales Team with administrative and clerical duties as required.

Answer incoming telephone and email inquiries and direct them appropriately.

Communicate visitor activity and important updates to the Sales Team.

Collaborate effectively with New Homes Sales Representatives and management.

Provide coverage during evenings, weekends, vacations, and peak traffic periods.

Represent Granite Homes with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception, or another customer-facing role is preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Reliable transportation and the ability to work at both Guelph and Elora locations, as required.

Experience in new home sales, real estate, or residential construction is considered an asset.
