Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
- Monitor ingredient levels and communicate needs for restocking or ordering supplies
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver a seamless dining experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments, with knowledge of food industry standards
- Strong skills in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Prior experience serving guests or working directly with customers is a plus but not required

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
