Most new-clinic physio jobs expect you to grind out a caseload from scratch. This one hands you a live patient flow, specialized tech, and real mentorship from day one.
Motion Theory is a performance-driven rehabilitation clinic on West Broadway — just blocks from Vancouver General Hospital — co-located inside an established concussion clinic. That means direct internal physiotherapy referrals the moment your first shift starts. No slow build. No empty schedule. No wondering when the phone will ring.
We're hiring one physiotherapist to join the team.
The caseload is already here
This isn't a "let's see how it grows" role. There's a live waitlist of patients ready to be seen — concussion, vestibular, and MSK cases waiting for the right clinician to pick them up. We're looking for someone who can step in and fill that flow quickly, while genuinely wanting to grow into the work.
Why this role is different
You'll work directly with concussion and vestibular clients alongside clinicians with 15+ years of experience in concussion rehab — the kind of mentorship that normally takes years to access. You'll also have hands-on use of Dynavision®, neurocognitive performance tools, and our own concussion management web app, ConcussionFlow.com — technology most Vancouver clinics simply don't offer.
And while you're doing that specialized work, you're building an orthopaedic and MSK caseload in parallel — ICBC, private insurance, post-surgical, and active-population referrals flowing in from local networks. It's a practice with real depth: neuro on one side, performance-based rehab on the other, and you in the middle.
What you're stepping into
A modern clinic with private treatment rooms, a fully equipped rehab gym (rack, strength equipment, cardio), and a functional training area. A structured, low-volume, high-quality care model — because good outcomes come from time and attention, not throughput. Shared space with clinicians who genuinely collaborate. And a patient list that's ready on day one.
Mentorship that actually moves the needle
This is a clinic built for clinicians who want to learn, not just churn. Expect direct mentorship in concussion rehab, complex and post-surgical MSK, and performance-based return to activity. Whether you're a new grad finding your footing or an experienced physio who wants more autonomy and a sharper clinical niche, there's real room here to develop — supported by experienced clinicians and the tools to do the work well.
