Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Technical parts Specialist & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This role combines assisting customers in parts selection, inventory management, and hands-on warehouse responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations while supporting both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide parts quotes and process orders
- Place orders with suppliers and track deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory control and records
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Lift, carry, and distribute materials and parts (up to 50 lbs.)
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience at a parts counter
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience, including inventory tracking
- Experience with plumbing/HVAC parts or technical service industries (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Valid forklift certification and experience
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
