London International Academy is a prestigious private boarding school located in London, Ontario. We specialize in grades 9 through 12 with a devoted interest in excellence in education and has been operating since 2002. We provide a full Canadian curriculum leading to an Ontario Secondary School Diploma and The International Baccalaureate program.
ESL Summer camp Instructor
Period: July 7th to July 24th
Hours: Monday to Friday (possibly one weekend day per week) 7 hour days
Required to teach ESL / English. Canada culture) in the morning class time and activity program in the afternoon for international students 12 to 16 ( outdoor weather permitting and field trips). We are looking for an energetic and creative person who is comfortable with teens and able to deliver the class material in a clear and engaging manner. The students are looking for an engaging and inspiring introduction to English and Canada.
Qualifications:
- ESL teaching is desired but not required
- experience working with youth and camps
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude, highly responsible; able to make a positive impact on international student’s first time experience here in Canada.
