Legal Leo is a growing boutique law firm providing practical, client-focused legal services. Our team includes a Principal Lawyer, Senior Counsel and Law Clerk, working in a collaborative environment where every team member contributes to the firm's continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage LTB files from intake to final resolution.
- Conduct client consultations and provide ongoing client communication.
- Prepare and file LTB applications, responses, affidavits and supporting materials.
- Attend mediations and hearings before the Landlord and Tenant Board.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties.
- Enforce LTB orders where required.
- Maintain organized electronic files and ensure timely progression of matters.
- Assist in developing and growing the firm's LTB practice.
- QualificationsRequired
- Licensed Paralegal (P1) in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience independently handling Landlord & Tenant Board matters.
- Proven ability to manage files from intake through hearing and enforcement with minimal supervision.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, organizational and client service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Preferred
- Small Claims Court experience.
- Collections and enforcement experience.
- Experience before other administrative tribunals.

- Total compensation annualized value 70,000 to 100,000
