WANTED: SIDEWALK CREW FOREMAN to manage sidewalk snow clearing crew for servicing Industrial / Commercial properties from November 15, 2026 till April 15, 2027

REQUIREMENTS
Valid "G" License with clean driver's abstract (no major infractions/suspensions)
Ability to operate and maneuver a full-size pick-up truck & trailer combination
Prior experience in managing and directing a crew as a working Foreman in any field of work.
Prior snow removal experience.
Experience in operating snow blowers, lawn tractors or ATV type vehicles.
(On Call) 24/7 and able to respond to all snow/ice events till April 2027
Ability to respond on short notice day or night without conflict of interest.
Ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours as required to completion of work.
Personal transportation to our yard (Weston Rd & Finch Ave)
Ability to create & manage a team player environment.
Good Communication and handwriting skills to maintain reports as required
Good knowledge of main streets throughout the GTA
Mechanically inclined
Physically fit with ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs.
Possess winter clothing, footwear & gloves to withstand extended periods working in sub-zero winter weather.
