Responsibilities
- Oversee and complete work on multi-family and condominium projects.
- Interpret blueprints, layout floor plans, and review shop drawings.
- Lead installations in condominium buildings.
- Supervise a team of 6–10 workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently on a daily basis.
- Perform suite and shaft layout.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers and other trades on-site.

Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Sheet Metal license.
- 5+ years of sheet metal experience.
- Experience in commercial settings, particularly in multi-family or condominium projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
