Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team in Fort St. John, BC. As an Indigenous-owned company, we take pride in delivering high-quality civil construction, earthworks, and site development throughout Northeast BC.
The Successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment, including excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, skid steers, and other construction equipment. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, reliability, teamwork, and quality workmanship.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in civil construction and earthworks
- Experience operating one or more of the following: excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, skid steers, packers, or rock trucks
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License (Class 1 or Class 3 considered an asset).
- Strong understanding of safe operating procedures and equipment maintenance requirements.
- Ability to complete daily equipment inspections.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- First Aid, H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance Level 2, and other industry certifications are considered assets.
- Preferred Experience in the following: GPS machine control, finish grade, and reclamation/remediation work
Pay: $38.00-$42.00 per hour
