The Opportunity We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Brand Representative to join our Mississauga team on a full-time basis. This is a people-first, engagement-focused role — your primary goal is creating positive brand impressions and genuine connections with the public. It's an ideal starting point for someone with little to no professional experience who wants to get their foot in the door with a real career path ahead of them.
Your Day-to-Day
- Represent brand partners at live promotional events throughout the Mississauga area
- Engage members of the public in friendly, informative conversations about featured brands and campaigns
- Focus on building awareness and positive brand perception rather than direct selling
- Share product and service information clearly and honestly to help people make informed choices
- Create an approachable, welcoming presence at every activation you attend
- Track daily interactions and activity notes accurately
- Show up consistently, bring good energy, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
- Ongoing development sessions from day one
What You Bring
- Friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine interest in talking to people
- No prior sales or marketing experience required — we train from the ground up
- A professional, positive attitude in public-facing environments
- Reliable and accountable with good follow-through
- Full-time availability including weekdays and Saturdays
- Reliable transportation for in-person work in the Mississauga area
