Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure timely and efficient food service during busy morning hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including food handling areas
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper sanitation procedures at all times
- Serve food to guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages or needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
