Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new customers through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits
- Identify shipping and logistics needs across various industries
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Generate and manage your own book of business
- Coordinate with operations to ensure service execution and customer satisfaction
- Continuously grow revenue through repeat and referral business
