Duties include preparing and cooking chicken for the rotisserie, cutting and blanching fries, preparing and cooking various menu items, and completing daily food preparation as required. Maintaining a clean and organized work area while following food safety and quality standards is expected.
Previous Swiss Chalet experience is an asset
