We're looking for a District Manager to lead a portfolio of stores across Barrie and the GTA Core, helping Store Managers grow their business, develop their teams, and create an exceptional customer experience every day.
This role sits at the center of field operations connecting company strategy with store execution. You'll spend your time developing leaders, coaching sales behaviours, identifying opportunities, and ensuring every store is positioned to achieve its full potential.
You'll build a district where accountability is expected, talent is developed, and great execution becomes the standard. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help shape the future of the business by turning strategy into action and opportunities into results.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop exceptional leaders- Coach, mentor, and inspire Store Managers to build engaged, high-performing teams that consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences and business results.
- Drive sales and profitability- Own the performance of your district by analyzing KPIs, identifying opportunities, and implementing strategies that grow sales, improve profitability, and maximize store potential.
- Turn strategy into execution- Bring company initiatives to life by ensuring promotions, product launches, merchandising standards, and operational priorities are executed consistently across every store.
- Build the next generation of leaders- Recruit outstanding talent, strengthen succession plans, and create a leadership pipeline that supports long-term growth.
- Champion operational excellence- Maintain high standards for merchandising, inventory management, visual presentation, and store operations while creating an environment where teams can thrive.
- Lead through insight- Use business reporting and performance metrics to recognize trends, solve problems, celebrate wins, and coach stores toward continuous improvement.
- Create a culture people want to be part of- Set clear expectations, recognize success, provide meaningful feedback, and foster an environment built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.

What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of District Manager or multi-unit retail leadership experience (mall-based experience preferred)
- Proven success driving sales growth and improving store performance across multiple locations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development experience
- Excellent business acumen and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's licence and the ability to travel regularly throughout Barrie and the GTA Core

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
Work Location: On the road
