-Answer phone calls and reply to client' enquiries
-Maintain weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll registers for clients
-Prepare and file monthly payroll remittance forms with payments with CRA
-Complete and file T4s and T4 Summaries with CRA
-Prepare and send clients' WSIB remittances
-Issue Record of Employment (ROE)
-Participate in obtaining information to help with personal income tax returns preparation and HST filings
-Contact CRA to discuss and resolve matters associated with payroll where necessary
-Perform basic bookkeeping duties if needed
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP) and Word
-Minimum College Diploma and Payroll administrator courses taken or diploma preferred
-Fluency in Korean required
-Experience an asset, but not required as will train
-Hourly pay rate will vary depending previous work experience and will increase based on performance
