Premium Retail & E-Commerce Business — Vancouver, BC
An established premium retail business in Vancouver is looking for a highly organized, motivated and tech-savvy individual to manage our growing online store while assisting with the day-to-day operations of our retail location.
This is a hands-on role combining e-commerce, customer service, retail operations and digital marketing. We are looking for someone who can eventually take ownership of many of these responsibilities rather than simply wait for instructions.
Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Online Store
- Manage and maintain our Shopify store
- Add and update products, photos, descriptions, pricing and inventory
- Process and monitor online orders
- Coordinate shipping, returns and online customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate online inventory
- Make basic Shopify website updates
- Organize collections and online merchandising
- Assist with promotions and email marketing
- Help improve the overall online shopping experience
- Assist with product photography and digital content
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales
Retail & Daily Operations
- Assist with day-to-day store operations
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Assist with customer inquiries
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups
- Assist the sales team when required
- Receive and organize inventory
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist management with administrative tasks
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
- Experienced with Shopify or e-commerce
- Professional and confident communicating with customers
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy retail environment
- Interested in premium/luxury products and retail
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- Interested in growing into a larger role within the company
Experience in Shopify, e-commerce, luxury retail, fashion, digital marketing, photography or social media is an asset.

Compensation: Based on experience
