The Cluster Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across the Kingston Cluster by developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and maximizing market share within assigned market segments. This position plays a key role in achieving revenue goals, increasing occupancy, and delivering exceptional client experiences while supporting the overall success of Easton’s Group of Hotels.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Cluster Sales Manager works closely with hotel leadership and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and successful execution of client events and business opportunities.

Manage sales efforts within assigned market segments for the Kingston cluster of hotels.

Develop and execute sales strategies designed to increase market share, occupancy, and revenue across all properties.

Identify, solicit, and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, outside sales calls, and relationship building.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, organizations, associations, and community partners.

Negotiate and execute contracts while ensuring pricing and terms align with market conditions and company objectives.

Monitor and achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales activity goals.

Assist with revenue forecasting, budgeting, and market analysis.

Track segment performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to achieve or exceed targets.

Collaborate with hotel operations teams to ensure successful planning and execution of client events, group stays, and special arrangements.

Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and account information within company systems.

Utilize sales tools, CRM platforms, and reporting systems to support forecasting and business development activities.

Represent the hotels at networking events, trade shows, industry conferences, and community functions.

Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with Operations, Revenue Management, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Executive Leadership teams.

Follow all Company, Brand, and Sales Standards.

Perform other duties as assigned and may serve as Manager on Duty when required.

College diploma or University degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Previous hotel sales experience is strongly preferred.

Proven ability to develop business relationships and achieve sales targets.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management systems.

Must speak fluent English; additional languages are considered an asset.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
This position requires the ability to:
