Warrington PCI Management is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client and tenant relationships, managing day-to-day operations, leading projects, and driving property performance.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties.
- Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
- Oversee building operations, maintenance programs, and property inspections.
- Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets, monthly reporting, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate capital projects and tenant improvement initiatives.
- Lead building operations staff and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Respond to property emergencies and support after-hours requirements when needed.
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of commercial property management experience.
- Active BCFSA Rental Property Management Licence.
- Experience managing office, retail, and/or industrial assets.
- Strong financial, budgeting, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi Voyager is an asset.
- Valid BC driver's licence and clean driver's abstract.

Pay: $95,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
