Maud medical is an interdisciplinary vaginal health clinic aimed to embolden women through body and biology. We offer evidence-based medical care in Bridgeland. We believe that knowledge is power. We are perfect just the way we are.
We are seeking a highly organized medical administrator who is passionate about vaginal health, sexual awareness through education and raising the standard of patient care. Previous healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.
Duties include:
- Booking and managing appointments using an AVA Electronic Medical Records system, Jane and GHL
- Working and communicating with medical office assistants, physicians, physiotherapists Kinesiologists to coordinate patient care
- Cleaning, stocking, and preparing examination rooms for appointments
- Managing administrative duties including inbound and outbound referrals, laboratory results, insurance communications, and prescription requests
- Processing payment for retail products
- Processing direct billing for extended healthcare
- Maintaining clinic cleanliness

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a clinical/patient care setting
- Privacy and patient confidentiality training
- Customer service experience
- Post-secondary education (degree, diploma, or certificate)

Availability Requirements:
- Weekends
- Closing shifts required (around 3pm- 8:00pm)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
