Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in performing maintenance and repairs. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Technician will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and repairing various equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
- Assemble components according to specifications and schematics.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
- Conduct inspections to identify mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks as required during assembly or repair processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and productivity.
- Document maintenance activities and report any significant findings or concerns.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in a dealership or similar environment preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment is essential.
