We are seeking an energetic and positive individual to join our business law firm in Surrey. The ideal candidate will fill the role of a receptionist and assistant.
This is a junior position and ideal for someone eager to learn and gain experience in the legal field. A minimum one-year commitment is required.
Salary/Wages will increase with increased experience and based on performance.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Greeting visitors and answering phone calls
· Scanning, photocopying, saving documents to file
· Opening files and organizing mail and other documents
· Incorporating companies, creating and updating corporate minute books, and working on annual maintenance of corporations
· Billing/Invoicing & Accounts Receivable matters; managing CRM system
· Drafting letters and other correspondence under lawyer supervision
· Such other work that may be required at the law office, as generally expected from administrative and legal assistants.
Qualifications and Skills
· Administrative experience is preferred but not not required
· Must have excellent verbal communication and written skills
