Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years professional grooming experience
- Ability to confidently groom 4+ dogs per day independently (no bather support)
- Strong scissoring and finishing skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Trimming fur, nails, and performing breed-specific grooming styles
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary grooming area, including sterilizing tools and equipment
- Providing excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about grooming needs and preferences
- Handling pets safely, including managing heavy lifting when necessary to assist larger animals
