Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily store operations. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets while maintaining optimal pricing and inventory levels.
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and health standards.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to promote store products and special events effectively.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Maintain organized store layout to enhance shopping experience and maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or store supervision with strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic math skills.
- Experience in merchandising, pricing strategies, purchasing, and inventory control.
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive team environment.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and sales management principles.
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting, payroll processing, and administrative tasks.
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette.
