On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Scrum Master for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Scrum Master x 3 - Job Description:
This role involves working on an AI program in the cybersecurity, global security, and defense space. The Scrum Master will assist in organizing pods as the team transitions from a SAFe-like model, collaborating closely with Project Managers.
Scrum Master x 3 - Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile processes and ceremonies
- Drive continuous improvement and change
- Engage stakeholders to manage impediments
- Identify team improvement opportunities
- Ensure all Agile artifacts are up to date
- Coordinate and facilitate ceremony logistics
Scrum Master x 3 - Mandatory Skills:
- Project Management experience
- Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Agile tools - JIRA and Confluence
- Strong Communication skills
- Leadership qualities
- Facilitation skills
Scrum Master x 3 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- SAFe/Agile certifications
- Power BI/Tableau
Scrum Master x 3 – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
