What You Bring to the Line:
- 1–3 years of cooking experience (restaurant/hotel/resort preferred—but we’ll train the right person)
- Solid knife skills and understanding of cooking methods
- You hustle with precision and stay cool when it’s busy
- You’re organized, dependable, and proud of the food you send out
- Food Handler certification is a plus
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepping and executing dishes with consistency, accuracy, and care
- Keeping your station stocked, clean, and ready to rock
- Working side by side with our kitchen crew to keep service smooth
- Maintaining high standards for quality, freshness, and food safety
- Pitching in wherever needed—we’re a team, not a lineup of lone wolves
