As the Director of PG&A, your responsibilities will include:
· Be PASSIONATE in providing exceptional client experiences.
· Monitor and evaluate the daily operations of the department.
· Monitor and implement improved process, procedures, and policy as required.
· Motivate, coach, and train department team members.
· Ensure the department is operating optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
· Staying current with all / any OEM / Vendor service and training campaigns.
· Ensuring there is an open line of communication with our clients and vendor partners.
· Seeking and developing new business and opportunities for the department.
· Annual budgeting and planning for the department in line with ABP.
· Performing in a professional manner as team member and collaborator.
· Understanding that “good enough” is not good enough for our clients and teams.
· Self motivated to provide high quality jaw dropping experiences that our clients will love.
· Utilizing cutting-edge tools like parts fiche and web-based programs.
· Contributing to post-season evaluations, pre-season planning, and future operational strategies.
· Engaging with clients through multiple communication channels, including face-to-face, telephone, email, and web-based platforms.
· Potentially travelling internationally for training seminars and/or dealer meetings.
· Sharing a daily "Joke of the Day" (clean, preferably Dad jokes) to add some laughter to the mix.
· Working a 5-day work week, with a rotation of occasional Saturdays and overtime.

Desired Qualifications:
We are looking for someone preferably with 2 years management experience. Forecasting, planning, and execution will serve you well in a very fluid environment. We value your passion, dedication, and willingness to learn. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Windows-based programs are essential, as well as strong organizational, team management, and client service skills. As a team player, excellent communication skills and collaboration are a must, and you should be comfortable engaging with people. Plus, a bonus would be if you have forklift certification, first aid certification, and a genuine passion for our industry, you'll be a perfect fit!
