About the role
We're recruiting an Associate Dentist for our established general practice at 750 West Broadway in Vancouver. You'll join a clinical team led by kind and experienced dentists with a strong existing patient base, full administrative support, and a modern digital workflow. Fridays and Saturdays are preferred but willing to discuss a flexible schedule with the right fit.
What you'll do
- Deliver general dentistry to an established and growing patient population
- Develop and present treatment plans with clear patient communication
- Work chairside with a dedicated CDA and alongside an experienced hygiene team
- Maintain accurate clinical records in Cleardent
- Contribute to a positive, professional team culture
What you need
- Active registration with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP) as a dentist — required
- Current CPR and malpractice coverage (CDSPI or equivalent)
- Solid general dentistry skills: restorative, endo, prosthodontics, routine extractions
- Strong communicator — comfortable presenting treatment to patients with varying health literacy
Nice to have
- 2+ years post-licensure experience
- Cleardent software experience
- Molar endo, implant restorations, or cosmetic dentistry in scope
- Bilingual (asset — patient demographics vary)

Pay: $100,599.02-$410,668.08 per year
