Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile <PERSON> skilled professional to join our construction and manufacturing team. This role requires a strong background in various trades, including carpentry, masonry, roofing, and electrical work. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating, with the ability to perform complex tasks such as concrete forming, rebar installation, and siding installation. Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work with attention to structural integrity
- Install cabinetry, siding, roofing, flooring, tile laying, and siding with high-quality standards
- Conduct electrical and plumbing tasks in accordance with safety codes and project specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other specialized equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with construction painting, caulking, heavy lifting, and assembly tasks as needed
- Apply construction estimating skills to assess project requirements and materials needed
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, electrical work, or related fields
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other relevant equipment
- Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, tile laying, siding installation, and woodworking techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during project execution
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Handyman experience or multi-trade skills are highly desirable
- Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical or plumbing work are a plus
- Candidate must have own vehicle and valid drivers license
