RedBloom Salon is looking for a Part Time Guest Experience Representative at our Downtown location! We have three locations - Downtown Beltline, East Village and West Springs. You must be willing to work out of all three as needed.

The Guest Experience
· Fully committed to providing a great first impression and lasting impression for all phone, email or in person inquiries
· Ensures the salon is beautiful at all times
· Anticipates the preferences and expectations of our guests

A Day In The Life
· Managing the daily appointments using an intuitive salon software
· Ensure inventory is tightly controlled and that ordering is done regularly
· Central point of contact for the Stylist and Manager as the person who knows where everything is, what we need to do more of and how to ensure guests have an exceptional experience
· Take responsibility for keeping the salon clean including dusting, laundry, sweeping and mopping
· Use your customer service experience to go above and beyond for clients, anticipated their needs and the needs of your team
· Support the sales of retail products by having a genuine interest in our guest’s needs
To Be Successful In This Role You Must:
· Have experience working in customer care for high end retail or hospitality industry as our guests have come to expect excellent service
· Experience using software, as all of our appointment booking and how we communicate is electronic
· Be willing to be flexible with work schedules as this role will have some day shifts, evening shifts and require you to work on Saturdays in order to meet operational requirements
