Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Plumber to join our team. This role involves assisting with a variety of plumbing projects, ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical systems and construction practices, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities
- Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate project execution
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks related to construction and plumbing projects
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations during all phases of work.
Experience
- Prior experience in plumbing or related construction fields is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, reading is highly desirable
- Ability to perform basic math calculations relevant to measurements and material estimations
- Valid driver’s license for commercial driving is a nice-to-have but not requiredThis position is ideal for individuals seeking part-time work who are eager to expand their technical skills within the construction and plumbing industries.
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
