Specific areas of required expertise include
- Assist in all daily operations of the warehouse, including pick pack ship processes, delivery compliance, receiving of goods and repackaging, and storage.
- Pick and pack customer orders while ensuring accuracy.
- Use best practices to ensure operations are run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
- Adhered to the rules established in Health and safety, in hygiene, in sanitation, food handling, Canada GAP and Ecocert at all times.
- Participate in cycle counts
- Other related tasks
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Min 2 year experience in a similar position
- Experience in the food industry, with awareness of food safety (asset)
- Demonstrate superior sense of health and safety workplace compliance as well as the sanitation practices in place
- Great physical stamina, able to lift up-to 30 lbs
- Possess a sense of responsibility, self-reliance, and dependability
- Valid license to operate forklift and electric jigger (Important)
