Digital Operations Lead
Full-Time | Hybrid | London, Ontario | Up to $65,000
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Digital Operations Lead who understands how digital marketing works and how to execute it. This role sits between strategy and execution. You will take direction from leadership, turn it into clear plans, manage delivery across multiple clients, and ensure work is completed on time and on budget.
You will work directly with clients, staff, contractors, and agency leadership. Once priorities are set, you will be expected to operate independently. This is a hands-on role. You will coordinate work, assign tasks, manage timelines, and contribute to execution across social media, paid media, SEO, content, websites, and reporting when required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Turn strategy into documented workflows, project plans, and SOPs
- Manage and grow multiple client projects simultaneously
- Assign work, monitor progress, and maintain delivery schedules
- Hold projects accountable to scope, deadlines, and quality standards
- Lead client meetings and manage client communication
- Review campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and consistency
- Build processes where they do not exist
- Improve systems that support agency growth
- Contribute to community and social impact initiatives alongside client work
DIGITAL MARKETING REQUIREMENTS
You have experience across the digital marketing stack and understand what is required to deliver campaigns successfully. You do not need to be a specialist in every channel, but you must be able to plan, manage, troubleshoot, and evaluate work across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- SEO
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Social Media
- Analytics and Reporting
You are already using AI tools as part of your workflow and understand both their strengths and limitations.
Required
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or equivalent certification
- Meta Ads experience or Meta Blueprint certification
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and campaign delivery
- Experience using AI tools professionally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
- Comfortable growing the business
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience building SOPs and operational processes
- Confidence leading client conversations and managing expectations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in the Canadian market
- Focus on results rather than hierarchy or titles

- You have not worked directly on digital marketing campaigns
- You need extensive oversight to move projects forward
- You have never built a process from scratch
- You avoid client interaction
- You are not actively using AI tools in your work
COMPENSATION
Salary: Up to $65,000 based on experience
Bonus: Performance-based, tied to growth
