We are looking to hire people with construction and labour experience that want to use those skills to get fast-tracked in building a career doing abatement work. Starting pay for this position depends on experience. Pay is based on relative experience but if you have no experience that’s no problem at all. We have a many patient, and experienced technicians here to teach you.
Most of our jobs are indoors so you won't have to work in the blazing sun or pouring rain and most of what we even do here is simply cleaning the spaces we are working in so anyone can learn to do it! Our projects typically last 1-5 days, so you will be seeing various parts of this beautiful area we live in as you build a variety of new skills.

After 6 months we will enroll you in our extended medical, dental, and vision plan (the company pays for 100% of the team's benefits plus offers weekly bonuses).
Compensation Packet Includes
- Wage range $21.00-$30.00 per hour based on skills and experience
- If you start at $21.00 there is a clear path on how you get to $30.00 per hour
- Payday every Friday
- Bonuses are paid out every 3 months and reviewed at our weekly crew meetings for transparency

Physical Demands:
Must be capable of lifting, carrying, able-bodied, and willing to work in Tyvek suits and masks as well as interested in working with others who have positive attitudes. We have a good time and want you too as well.
Other than boots we supply everything you'll need to build a new carrier.
