The Mississauga Hyundai Service Department is looking for an energetic Drive Thru Service Concierge. This position will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the service department.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Represented Hyundai with the highest level of Professionalism
- Be the first point of contact and welcome each guests that enter enters the service department.
- Greet customers.
- Tagging and parking service vehicles.
- Conduct free alignment inspections and keeping the parking lot organized.
- Maintain safe and clean drive-thru.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Inspects and parks vehicles in the lot in an orderly manner.
Education and Experience
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Good time management skills.
- Customer service skills. Exceptional verbal communication.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills and professional customer service manner are required
- Pleasant, professional demeanor with the desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to take initiative, couple with leadership skills and the ability to take charge of a situation
