We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Centre Director to join our Scholars Education team.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys working with children and families, is confident managing a team, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and well-run learning environment. The Centre Director plays an important role in both the day-to-day operations of the centre and the overall experience of our students and families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre
- Building strong relationships with students and parents
- Managing student schedules and supporting individualized programming
- Leading, scheduling, and supporting teachers and centre staff
- Communicating regularly with families about student progress
- Conducting consultations and supporting new family enrolments
- Maintaining a positive, organized, and professional centre environment
- Supporting student retention and centre growth
- Ensuring Scholars' academic and operational standards are consistently maintained
- Working closely with ownership on centre goals and priorities
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children, families, education, or customer service
- Is a strong communicator and comfortable speaking with parents
- Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Has leadership or team-management experience
- Is proactive and comfortable taking ownership of a centre
- Is warm, professional, dependable, and solution-oriented
- Genuinely enjoys helping students succeed
- Has experience in education, tutoring, teaching, or educational administration (an asset)

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
