Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Crew Members and Managers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
- Manage customer transactions accurately while providing friendly and attentive service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper food handling procedures.
- Oversee daily operations as a manager, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Support team members in all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in cashiering or cashier duties is a plus.
- Leadership qualities for managerial roles including team supervision, training, and problem-solving skills.
