Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Labourer to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor spaces. This role involves working on various landscaping projects with an interest in the aesthetic appeal of outdoor living spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors with a strong work ethic and adding to a positive team environment.
Duties
- Support crews with installation of softscape elements including digging, planting, and soil preparation
- Support crews with installation of hardscape elements including digging and grading
- Use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as needed.
- Keep work areas tidy and safe at all times.
- Follow safety protocols during all landscaping activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition
Experience
- Prior experience with landscaping or horticulture is preferred but not required
- Mechanical knowledge related to power tools and hand tools is beneficial
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varied weather.
- Reliable employee who shows up on time
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
- Takes initiative to perform tasks as required
- Safety conscious
- Valid driver’s license preferred.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
