Job Overview
GAP Professional Products® is seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Office & Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day office, marketing, and production activities throughout the summer. This position is ideal for a student or someone looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment while working alongside multiple departments. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist with social media content creation and updates
- Update website content, including photos and product descriptions
- Organize and maintain department inventory
- Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance of printers
- Print, assemble, and finish marketing and point-of-sale materials
- Support general administrative and marketing department tasks
- Assist team members with various projects as required
Qualifications
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience working with printers or printing equipment
- Bilingual (English and French)
